ID LAB conducted a wayfinding workshop with the University of South Australia.  The aim of the workshop was to better understand the variety of wayfinding experiences across the university's campus'.  By clarifying and connecting known problems related to wayfinding experiences, ID LAB was able to identify and prioritise key areas for further investigation. The key outcome of the workshop was to better understand the symptoms and root causes of wayfinding experiences and communication between the university stakeholders.
