Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment

A major update of the Royal Hobart Hospital meant ID-LAB was contracted by the builder for all phases of the project. Increasing the hospital's floor area by 50%, the project includes a new public entrance, helipad and 39,000m2 of new space.

ID LAB worked closely with Lyons to integrate and inform the architecture to ensure a seamless new user experience. Clear information is presented as an extension of the pallet and intent of the design.  

Well managed coordination between disciplines delivered an exceptional quality outcome. This focus on the highest standards of project management and attention to detail ensured the project was delivered both on-time and within budget.
